Star Higgins followed her childhood dream and began her full-time real estate career in 1995. Today she is widely recognized as a distinguished Realtor who has been involved in leading projects ranging from land acquisition to marketing new construction developments.
Star believes strongly in continuing education and has achieved the Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations. Presently Star is working toward the highly respected CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, held by only six percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide.
